Conversion Reports
Based on its extensive experience in these types of properties, M2E generates initially a Preliminary Conditional Report (see example below) establishing construction issues that have to be either addressed prior to the Conversion Process, or accurately described in the Conversion Report. Upon discussing these items with the Developer and establishing a course of action, we proceed to generate the Conversion Report itself (for an example of a Conversion Report, see the link below), in accordance to guidelines established by Statute.
