M2E Consulting Engineers, President.

In charge of litigation mitigation and quality control for multimillion dollar residential and commercial projects. The firm provides developers, contractors, condominium associations, real estate, owners and management companies throughout the country with plan review, construction observations, due diligence inspections and reporting services. The firm also provides limited design engineering services to the construction industry and ligation support to attorneys and their clients.

1997 - 2005

Atkins Engineers, Project Principal.

Principal in charge of the inspection and reporting department, which doubled in size during my tenure. Inspection services included a review of the structure, the building envelope (roofing, windows, walls, and waterproofing) and a system overview of the mechanical and electrical systems. Expert witness service and litigation support were also provided.

1993 - 1997

DCOM Development Co., Executive Vice President.

This international real estate company specializes in the development of luxury Condominiums and hotels. Within the firm in charge of all the finance monitoring, design supervision and construction management functions.

1990 - 1993

H.J. Ross Associates, Inc., Vice President - Director of Engineering.

The firm is the oldest independent practice of engineering in south Florida. It provides design and construction management to a wide area of commercial and institutional clients. Responsibilities included the management of the daily operations of the building engineering divisions, consisting of electrical, Mechanical and structural engineering. In addition, acted as principal in charge on multi-million projects for the company's major accounts, and oversaw interdisciplinary coordination.

1987 - 1990

H.J. Ross Associates, Inc., Senior Engineer - Dept. Head.

In charge of the electrical department, including supervision of design and project management for electrical distribution, lighting, voice/data communications, fire alarm and security systems for major private and institutional projects.

1983 - 1987

Energoproject Belgrade, Senior Electrical Engineer -Project Engineer.

In charge of electrical, communications, and security systems design, supervision and equipment commissioning on projects in Europe and Africa. Project for this international consulting and contracting company included high-rise condominiums, multimedia congress centers, sports stadiums, and hotels.

Radio Television Belgrade, Tonmeister.

Award winning recording engineer and producer of chamber and symphonic music.
