Miroslav "Misha" Mladenovic
President
Mr. Mladenovic's career in construction spans for more than 25 years. Considering it his true calling, he was involved during that time in the most diverse projects, ranging from multi- purpose conference halls to luxury condominiums on three continents. A proven problem solver, he actively participated in all aspects of the construction process, from design to construction management and from equipment commissioning to forensic engineering. Licensed in several states and countries, Mr. Mladenovic speaks seven languages.

Dr. Tepavac was born around the time transistor was invented and has been around more and more of them ever since. An electrical engineer by training he was, and still is, fascinated by technology. He maintains two parallel careers; in academia and one in Information Technology. Dr. Tepavac has been involved in a number of diverse projects from Artificial Inteligence and machine learning to Artificial Neural Networks and redundant fault-tolerant network systems.
