By have a highly qualified, licenced inspector on site or on call for every inspection, you can save time, and by saving time save money. m2e provides private provider inspection services for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Building inspection.

Condominium Conversion Report

Based on its extensive experience in these types of properties, m2e initially generates a Preliminary Conditional Report establishing construction issues that have to be either addressed prior to the Conversion Process, or accurately described in the Conversion Report. Upon discussing these items with the Developer and establishing a course of action, we proceed to generate the Conversion Report itself, in accordance to guidelines established by Statute.

Condominium Turnover Report (for Association)

m2e facilitates the Turnover process, by generating an accurate and objective Turnover Report. The Report is presented in an easy to peruse format, suitable to facilitate the grasp on most acute problems (for an example of a Turnover Report, see below). Issues are classified by importance and by acuteness. Besides identifying and documenting construction issues, the report presents an approximate estimate for their repair. Our reputation for firmness and fairness has earned us the respect of Developers. As such, m2e is most qualified to help Condominium Associations, representing the homes of their constituents, negotiate the best possible outcome of this process.
