Certificate of Use Inspections

All foreclosed residential properties located in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, titled after 12/2/08 and contracted for sales after 4/1/09 must be inspected by a licensed engineer or architect to comply with the new Certificate of Use Ordinance. m2e’s staff of experienced engineers can make this process very easy for you. We will do the research, inspect the property, prepare the documents, file the inspection report with the County Clerk of the Courts and deliver to you the Certificate of Use.
