The Waldorf Hotel is an iconic building located on Ocean Drive in South Beach. Overlooking the Atlantic, and at the heart of the South Beach scene, the Waldorf Hotel has been a landmark in the area for years.

m2e was hired by the new owners of the the Waldorf Hotel to perform design services in the renovation of the hotel, including renovating the rooms, renovating the ground floor, and adding a new elevator shaft in the center of the building. m2e is currently working on Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HVAC design for the building.

m2e is pleased to be working with Kobi Karp Architects in the renovations of this building.
