Santa Maria Condominium is a 53 story, 1.1 million square foot, single tower luxury condominium with 174 individual units, located in a prime location on Brickell Avenue in the heart of downtown Miami.

m2e has been assisting the Santa Maria Condominium Association through the 558 Turnover process, and with various other engineering services, since 2006.

m2e has been priviledged to work with the condominium litigation team from Siegfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre & Sobel, P.A. on this project.
