m2e was hired by the condominium association to perform a building inspection as a part of the turnover process, to determine any construction defects, code violations, or deviations from the building drawings. The Turnover Inspection Report was published in April of 2009, and since that time m2e has continued to work with the condominium association to help them through the turnover process.
