Lofts II is located in the heart of downtown Miami, and this trendy building is a beautiful addition to the Miami skyline.

m2e was hired by the developer of Lofts II, the Related Group, to review the drawings prior to construction, perform quality control inspections throughout the construction of the building, and generate as-built drawings after the completion of construction. M2E is currently assisting the developer through the 558 Turnover process.

m2e has been priviledged to work with the condominium litigation team from Siegfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre & Sobel, P.A. on this project.
