Aquazul is a new condominium on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. m2e was contracted by the project developer, The Related Group, to perform quality control inspections throughout the building process, and assist in the turnover process.

m2e conducted twice-monthly site inspections for structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection disciplines. The building was inspected for violation of code, deviation from drawings, or sub-standard installations, so that these issues could be corrected immediately.

In addition to the inspections, m2e assisted in developing correctly updated as-built drawings, and is currently assisting in the turnover process.
