Apogee Condominium is 24 story, 300,000 square foot luxury condominium located on South Pointe Drive at the southern tip of South Beach.

m2e performed the Turnover Inspection for the Apogee Condominium in 2008, and continues to work with the Condominium Association throughout the 558 turnover process.
