610 Clematis is an 8 story, 71,000 square foot luxury condominium located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The building has 252 units, a below ground garage, a pool deck, gym, and many other luxury amenities.

m2e was hired by the condominium association to perform a building inspection as a part of the turnover process, to determine any construction defects, code violations, or deviations from the building drawings. The Turnover Inspection Report was published in October of 2007, and since that time m2e has continued to work with the condominium association to help them through the turnover process.

m2e has been priviledged to work with the condominium litigation team from Siegfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre & Sobel, P.A. on this project.
